Ozran Wellness is a medical clinic. We treat the information you give us — especially anything about your health — as confidential, and we collect as little of it as we can.

Who we are

Ozran Wellness, House No. 451, Gama Waddo, Parra, Bardez, Goa 403510. You can reach us athello@ozranwellness.com or +91 91721 87101. For the purposes of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the data fiduciary for the information described below.

What this website collects

Almost nothing. This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers, and has no analytics or accounts. You can read every page without giving us anything.

The enquiry and booking forms are the one exception, and they work differently from most: when you press send, nothing is stored on our website. The form simply opens WhatsApp with your message written out, and you choose whether to send it. If you do, your name, phone number and what you wrote reach us through WhatsApp, whose own privacy terms then apply to that message.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not use these to identify you.

What we collect at the clinic

If you become a patient, we collect what medical care requires: your identity and contact details, medical history, examination findings, laboratory and imaging results, and the plan we write for you. This is health data, and we handle it as confidential medical information.

How we use it

  • To answer your enquiry and arrange your appointment.
  • To provide clinical care, and to write and review your plan.
  • To send you results, instructions and follow-up reminders about your own care.
  • To meet legal, accounting and medical record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing.

Who else sees it

Only where your care requires it, and only what is necessary: the accredited laboratories and genomics partners who process samples you have consented to; a partner hospital where a procedure is performed; and professional advisers or authorities where the law requires disclosure. Each is expected to keep your information confidential.

How long we keep it

Medical records are retained for the periods required of clinics in India, and longer where an ongoing plan makes it clinically sensible. Enquiries that do not become appointments are kept only as long as needed to answer them.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, ask for a copy of your records, withdraw a consent you previously gave, or ask us to erase information we are not legally required to keep. Write tohello@ozranwellness.com and we will respond.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first — we would rather fix it. You also retain the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This website is not directed at children. Where we treat a patient under 18, we do so with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection. Clinical records are kept with access limited to the clinicians involved in your care. No system is perfect, and we do not claim otherwise — but we do not collect data we do not need, which is the strongest protection we can offer.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
