New Patient Consultation
30–45 minutesFull history, examination, diagnosis and a treatment plan. The gateway to every procedure and programme in this department.
The Pain Assessment
Two visits · one weekFor pain that has lasted months or been dismissed elsewhere: a ~110-marker blood panel, physical assessment and a written plan from Dr. Sunit. Fibromyalgia and widespread pain are believed and treated here.
Follow-up Consultation
15–20 minutesReview, response assessment and adjustment of your protocol.
Teleconsult
15 minutes · videoFor existing patients — review and protocol adjustment without the drive.

Regenerative procedures
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP)
Autologous · in clinicYour own blood, concentrated to its growth factors and injected where the tissue has degenerated — knee, shoulder, elbow, ankle, plantar fascia, Achilles and patellar tendon. Given as a single injection or a course, depending on the joint and the grade.
BMAC — Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate
Autologous · image-guidedYour own bone marrow, concentrated to its stem cells and growth factors, then injected under imaging in the same session. For advanced joint degeneration, avascular necrosis and complex tendon problems where PRP is not enough.

Allogeneic Stem Cell Injection (Ciplostem)
DCGI-approved cell therapyIndia’s first DCGI-approved allogeneic mesenchymal stromal cell therapy for knee osteoarthritis — a single injection with hyaluronic acid, for Grade II–III knees that have not responded to conservative care. Suitability is confirmed by Dr. Sunit on X-ray grading before anything is booked.

Prolotherapy
Connective tissueA dextrose-based solution injected to stimulate ligament and connective-tissue healing — for hypermobile joints, chronic laxity and resistant tendinopathy. Single or as a course.
Interventional pain procedures
Corticosteroid & Local Anaesthetic Injection
Joints & soft tissueFor acute joint inflammation, bursitis and local soft-tissue conditions — calming the flare so rehabilitation can begin.
Trigger Point Injections
MyofascialInto the hyperirritable muscle bands behind chronic musculoskeletal pain, cervicogenic headache and fibromyalgia tender points.
Spinal Injections
Spine · fluoroscopy-guidedCaudal and transforaminal epidural steroid injections, sacroiliac joint injections, facet joint injections and medial branch blocks — placed under live imaging, which is the standard of care for the spine. Diagnostic as well as therapeutic: a block that works tells us where the pain is coming from.
At our partner hospital OT, under C-arm fluoroscopy
Medical Ozone
Ozone therapyMedical ozone injected into a disc, joint, nerve root or trigger point — anti-inflammatory and tissue-regenerating, with a long evidence base in disc herniation and joint osteoarthritis. Frequently combined with a steroid injection in one session for a longer-lasting effect.

Recovery & rehabilitation
Foundation Recovery
2 weeksPhysiotherapy with a home exercise programme — for a first, uncomplicated episode.
Standard Recovery
4 weeksPhysiotherapy, Ayurveda and yoga under physician supervision.
Surgical Rehabilitation
6–12 weeksStructured recovery after knee or hip replacement, spine surgery, or ACL, rotator cuff and Achilles repair — coordinated with your operating surgeon.
Spinal procedures and the deeper joints are performed at our partner hospital under fluoroscopy or ultrasound guidance — needle placement watched in real time rather than estimated from landmarks. Simpler peripheral joints are treated in clinic. Which applies to you is a clinical decision, not a price tier.
Procedure fees are quoted by Dr. Sunit after your consultation, because the approach, the level and the technique depend on your diagnosis and your imaging — never on a menu. A written fee schedule is given to you at that consultation, and we answer price questions honestly on WhatsApp before you come. Indian nationals are charged a lower rate on selected procedures.
Regenerative procedures are prescribed after an assessment — never chosen from a menu.
Pain is a signal. We find its source — and treat it there.
