Ayurvedic Consultation — New Patient
45 minutesPrakriti (constitution) assessment, vikruti (current imbalance) identification, dietary and lifestyle review, and a personalised prescription.
Constitution assessment · Herbal prescription · Diet guidance

Book directly — no consultation needed
Abhyanga
60 minutes“Oil massage” — a full-body synchronised massage with warm medicated oil, worked along the tissue in long strokes. For fatigue, stress, stiffness and the restlessness of a vata imbalance.
Shirodhara
45 minutes“Shiro” head, “dhara” flow — a continuous stream of warm medicated oil poured across the forehead, which settles the stress response. For anxiety, insomnia, migraine and mental fatigue.
Takradhara
45 minutesThe same continuous stream, using medicated buttermilk instead of oil — cooling rather than warming. For heat conditions, skin inflammation and stress.
Padabhyanga
30 minutes“Pada” foot — a therapeutic foot massage with medicated oil, worked through the marma points. For fatigue, insomnia and tired, burning feet.
Mukha Lepam
45 minutes“Mukha” face, “lepam” paste — a herbal face mask and facial therapy. For brightening, pigmentation and the skin’s share of ageing.
Two-hour rituals
Abhyanga & Shirodhara
2 hoursFull-body oil therapy for an hour, then forty-five minutes of the forehead oil stream, then rest. Our stress-and-sleep combination.
Abhyanga & Elakizhi
2 hours · prescribedFull-body oil therapy followed by the warm herbal-leaf bolus massage — for pain and joint stiffness. Prescribed after your consultation.
By physician’s prescription
Nasya
20 minutes“Nasya” nasal — medicated oil instilled through the nose by the physician, treating the passages above the collarbone. For chronic sinusitis, migraine and cervical stiffness. The oil and dose are chosen for you, which is why it is not a walk-in therapy.
Elakizhi
60 minutes“Ela” leaf, “kizhi” bundle — warm fresh herbal leaves tied into a poultice and worked over the body. For musculoskeletal pain, arthritis and sports injuries.
Churna Pinda Sweda (Dry Kizhi)
45 minutesThe same bundle technique using warm herbal powder rather than leaves — stimulating and drying. For kapha conditions, lymphatic congestion and joint swelling.
Njavarakizhi
60 minutesNjavara rice cooked in milk and herbs, tied into boluses and worked warm over the body — the most nourishing of the kizhi therapies. For neuromuscular conditions, recovery after a regenerative procedure, and depleted vata states.
Internal Medicines
Prescription onlyClassical formulations — kwathams, churnas, tablets — dispensed against your physician’s prescription and your dosha assessment, never over the counter.
Coming to the department
Kati Basti · Greeva Basti · Netra Tarpana · Pizhichil · Udvartana · Nadi Swedan
In preparationThe retention and specialised therapies — warm oil held over the lower back or neck, medicated ghee around the eyes, and the classical whole-body treatments — join the department as it grows. Prices confirmed when they open.
The restorative therapies above can be booked directly — we screen for contraindications with a short intake form. The clinical therapies are prescribed, because the oil, the sequence and the number of sessions have to be chosen for your constitution and your complaint. That gate is not bureaucracy; it is the difference between a spa treatment and a course of medicine.

Indian nationals are charged a lower rate on selected services.
Clinical therapies are administered on prescription after your Ayurvedic consultation.
Ancient balance, held to a modern clinical standard.
