Why we are different

Physiotherapy that measures first.

  1. 01Measured, not guessedStrength, balance, posture and range are measured with instruments before a plan is written — and measured again to show it worked.
  2. 02Two senior physiotherapistsA sports-rehabilitation specialist and a manual-therapy specialist. You are treated by one of them, never a trainee.
  3. 03A doctor behind every flagAnything red, and any pain during testing, goes to Dr. Sunit — an orthopaedic surgeon — before you leave.
  4. 04At home, same standardThe same physiotherapist comes to you within 10 km of Parra — Anjuna, Vagator, Assagao, Siolim, Candolim, Calangute, Mapusa.

The Movement Screen

Twelve stations. Twelve numbers.

Every station has a fixed script and an instrument — the physiotherapist measures, the reference norm scores, and judgement enters only at review.

  1. 01Waist-to-heightThe simplest metabolic number there is.
  2. 02Body compositionFat, visceral fat and muscle — limb by limb.

Screening, not diagnosis

The Movement Screen puts numbers on how you move; it does not tell you what is wrong. Every station has a fixed script and a reference norm, so any competent physiotherapist can run it — and judgement enters at review, not at the instrument. Anything red, and any pain at any station, goes straight to Dr. Sunit before you leave. We never hand you a raw printout, and we never promise a result before we have measured it.

Screening, not diagnosis — every red flag goes straight to Dr. Sunit.

Questions patients ask

Before you come in.

How much does a physiotherapy session cost at Ozran?

The first visit is a 30-minute assessment at ₹1,000. Sessions are ₹1,000 (30 minutes), ₹1,500 (45 minutes) and ₹2,000 (60 minutes). Dry needling is ₹1,200 and a 15-minute progress review is ₹500.

Do you do physiotherapy at home?

Yes, within 10 km of the clinic in Parra — Anjuna, Vagator, Assagao, Siolim, Candolim, Calangute and Mapusa. A 45-minute home session is ₹2,500 within 5 km or ₹3,000 within 10 km; a 60-minute session is ₹3,000 or ₹3,500. Home visits are booked in advance on WhatsApp or by phone.

Do you offer rehabilitation at home after surgery?

Yes. Home Rehabilitation is ten home sessions for recovery after joint replacement, fracture or stroke — ₹22,000 within 5 km, ₹27,000 within 10 km — with the assessment and written plan at the first visit.

Do you do physiotherapy after knee replacement, hip replacement or spine surgery?

Yes. Six-week rehabilitation programmes after knee or hip replacement and after spine surgery are ₹25,000 each; after ACL or rotator cuff surgery, eight to twelve weeks, ₹35,000. All are overseen by Dr. Sunit, an orthopaedic surgeon, and follow your operating surgeon’s protocol.

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

No. Book the Physiotherapy Assessment directly. If the physiotherapist finds something that needs a doctor, Dr. Sunit — an orthopaedic surgeon — sees it the same day where possible.

What happens at the first visit?

A 30-minute assessment: your history, function, posture and strength examined, the cause explained, and a treatment plan with the number of sessions you are likely to need.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on the problem — a simple strain may take three or four, post-surgical recovery several weeks. You are told at the assessment, and progress is measured, not guessed.

What is the Movement Screen, and do I need pain to book it?

No pain needed. It is a 40-minute, twelve-station measurement of strength, balance, posture, body composition and heart recovery, with a written report the same day — ₹2,500.

Can I pay online?

Yes for sessions in the clinic — cards, UPI and international cards — and we confirm your time within 4 working hours. Home visits are arranged on a call first, because the time and distance have to be confirmed.

If you can move, you’re an athlete.
