These terms cover this website and the care you book through it. They are written to be read, not to be survived.

What this website is

Information about our clinic and what it costs, plus a way to request an appointment. Nothing here is a diagnosis or medical advice for your particular case, and reading it does not make you our patient. Please also read ourmedical disclaimer.

Booking

A booking request is a request. It becomes an appointment when we confirm the time with you. We may decline or reschedule a booking — for example when a physician judges that what you asked for is not the right care for you, or when a clinician is unwell.

Every programme and procedure at Ozran is prescribed by a physician. If you book and pay for one and we recommend something different after assessing you, everything you paid transfers to what we do recommend.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include everything listed for that service. Imaging elsewhere, medicines dispensed, and procedures priced after consultation are billed separately. Prices can change, but never for a booking already confirmed and paid.

You can pay at the clinic by cash, card or UPI, or in advance through a secure payment link, which accepts international cards. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our cancellation and refund policy.

Your part

Tell us the truth about your health — conditions, medicines, allergies, pregnancy. Much of what we do is safe only when we know these. Follow the plan you are given, and tell us when something changes or does not feel right.

What we do not promise

No clinic can promise an outcome, and we do not. We describe what we measure, what we do and what usually happens; your result depends on your body and your circumstances. Screening tests are not diagnoses. Nothing on this site is a guarantee or a cure.

Emergencies

We are an outpatient clinic and not an emergency service. In an emergency call 108 or go to the nearest hospital.

This website itself

The text, images and design here belong to Ozran Wellness; please do not copy them for your own business. We keep the site accurate and available as best we can, but we cannot promise it is never wrong or never offline. Where we link to other websites, what happens there is not ours to control.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for clinical negligence or anything else that cannot be limited under Indian law. Beyond that, our responsibility for any claim connected to a booking is limited to what you paid for it.

Complaints, and which law applies

If something goes wrong, tell us first —hello@ozranwellness.com — and Dr. Sunit will look at it himself. These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts of Goa have jurisdiction.
