What it is
A structured 55-minute first visit, by appointment. Ten minutes with our nurse — your story once, and five numbers measured against optimal — then twenty-five with our Ayurveda physician on your constitution (prakriti), your daily rhythm, your diet and the concerns that brought you in, and fifteen with Dr. Sunit, who reviews everything and names one clear recommendation. You leave with your numbers and one recommendation. No pressure, no menu.

Is this a medical consultation?
It is an introduction, not a diagnosis. If you already know you want a full work-up, book The Full Picture or a focused assessment directly.
Does the ₹2,500 count towards anything?
Yes. Book The Essential or The Full Picture within 30 days and the ₹2,500 is credited against it.
How quickly do blood results come back?
Blood is collected at Ozran and results are ready in about 48 hours — reviewed with you in person or on video, never sent as a bare PDF. DNA and microbiome results take 4–8 weeks and are reviewed by teleconsult.
I’m visiting Goa — can I still do this?
Yes. Most programmes have a five-day intensive format, and we stay engaged by teleconsult after you leave. Tell us your dates when you book.
