Cancellation & Refund Policy

Time at Ozran is booked for one person at a time. When a booking is cancelled late, that hour or that week is usually lost to everyone. This policy tries to be fair about that without being unkind — and there are exceptions, below, that we always honour.

By type of booking

Consultations, the Ozran Introduction, the Movement Screen, a single therapy session, an infusion in the clinic

  • Full refund: More than 24 hours before your appointment — cancel or move it, full refund.
  • No refund: Less than 24 hours, or if you do not arrive — we hold the amount as credit for 60 days rather than refunding it. You can use it for any service.

Assessments — Pain Assessment, Women’s Health Assessment, the Longevity Baseline

  • Full refund: More than 72 hours before your first appointment — full refund.
  • Part refund: Between 24 and 72 hours — half is refunded. Laboratory slots and test kits are booked in your name by then.
  • No refund: Less than 24 hours, or if you do not arrive — no refund; half is held as credit for 60 days.

Programmes and the Reset — anything that blocks days in our calendar

  • Full refund: More than 14 days before the start date — full refund.
  • Part refund: Between 7 and 14 days — half is refunded.
  • No refund: Less than 7 days, or if you do not arrive — no refund. By then the dates are yours alone and we have turned other patients away.

Infusions at your villa or home

  • Full refund: More than 4 hours before the visit — full refund.
  • Part refund: Less than 4 hours, or nobody is there when the nurse arrives — half the price is retained.

Exceptions we always honour

  • If the doctor says it is not right for you. If Dr. Sunit or any Ozran physician judges that a treatment, infusion or programme is unsuitable or unsafe for you, you are refunded in full, whenever that happens — including after you have paid and arrived.
  • If you recommended one thing and we prescribe another. Everything you have paid transfers in full to the programme or treatment we do recommend. Nothing is lost.
  • Illness. With a doctor’s note, we move your booking rather than refund it — once, within 90 days, at no charge.
  • Cancelled flights or a refused visa. Your booking transfers to new dates within 12 months. It is not refunded, because the dates were held for you.
  • If we cancel. If we move or cancel your appointment for any reason of ours, you choose: new dates, or a full refund.

Confirming your time

When you book or pay online you choose a preferred date, and a second choice if you wish. We confirm your exact time on WhatsApp within four working hours (Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm). If you have paid and we cannot offer a time that suits you, you choose: another date, or a full refund. Online bookings start from the next day; for a same-day appointment, please call the clinic.

Paying before you arrive

Payment can be made in the clinic — cash, card or UPI — or in advance on this website. International cards are accepted online. Prices on this website are in Indian rupees; your bank sets the exchange rate and may add its own charge, which is outside our control.

Booking a programme from abroad pays it in full and holds your dates. Your plan is still confirmed by a physician at your first visit, and if we recommend something different, what you paid transfers to it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back the way the payment came — to the same card, account or UPI ID. We start the refund within 3 working days of agreeing it. Indian banks usually show it within 7 working days; international cards can take up to 14, and the amount you receive depends on your bank’s exchange rate on the day.

Prices quoted include everything listed for that service. Imaging done elsewhere, medicines dispensed, and any procedure priced after consultation are separate and are not covered by a programme refund.
